Your Cedar Crest Monthly Billing Statement

Whether you’re a seasoned resident or new to Cedar Crest, you may have some questions about your monthly statement. The Statement At A Glance brochure answers general questions about your monthly statement and payment options.

Automatic Payment Service

The Finance Department offers a free automatic payment service of your Cedar Crest statement. We are able to pull the funds for your payment from any checking or savings account. Sorry, we don’t take credit cards!

Signing up is easy! You can download the one page enrollment form here.

You’ll still receive a copy of your statement each month on the 6th business day so you can review all the charges for accuracy. Ten calendar days later, we will take the payment automatically from your designated account.

Don’t fret if there’s a mistake! We’ll still research and correct the charge for you. If you’re not happy with the service, there’s no need to worry – you can stop at any time.
